Crochet a Hexagon Cardigan for SD BJDs

I created this cropped cardigan for Aitana (Dollmore Model f).

Supplies Needed

• Crochet Hook
• Yarn
• Tapestry Needle
• Scissors

Steps

1. Create a magic circle.
2. rnd 1: Ch3 (counts as first stitch) dc2, ch2, dc3, ch2, dc3, ch2, dc3, ch2, dc3, ch2, dc3, sl st into chain.
3. Tighten magic circle
4. Repeat steps 1-? to make the second side of the cardigan.
5. Fold the hexagon in half to make an L-shape.
6. Use pins to hold the garment together and do a quick test fit on your doll. When I made mine, the sleeves need more length and the bottom needed more length.
7. Sew the back sides of the garment to each other.
8. Sew the side seams to each other.
9. To add length to the bottom, join to the corner. ch3 (counts as your first stitch), dc2, ch1, dc3 into the space below, repeat until the end of the row.
10. To add length to the sleeves, join to a corner. Ch3 (counts as first stitch), dc2 into the space below, c1, dc3 into the space below
11. Repeat for other sleeve
12. Add edging
